Elizabethton Parks & Rec Department  provides facilities and programs that promote wellness, fitness, education, and leisure activities. The department has multiple parks located throughout the city as well as a community center. Each park offers a variety of amenities such as walking trails, athletic fields, playgrounds, and picnic areas.
