What to Do Next?

Step 1:    Go to www.dclmwp.com and login

Existing DMM Portal Users: log in using your existing account information. Enter the Invitation Code and a valid loan number (referenced above) to download the borrower file into your account. (Note: the file will not be downloaded to your profile unless you enter the Invitation Code and a valid loan number. If multiple loan numbers are referenced above, you can enter any of the loan numbers to download the borrower file).

New Users:: please log in using the "Invitation Code Only" box. Enter the Invitation Code and a valid loan number to proceed. If multiple loan numbers are referenced above, you can enter any of the loan numbers to download the borrower file. You will be asked to create an account.

Step 2:    After logging in, follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your submission and submit it directly to the servicer for processing.

NOTE:    If the servicer has indicated that they have already uploaded documents to your account, please make sure to review those documents as you complete your submission. You will be able to update any documents you wish.
